LUCKYME® stars Nosaj Thing and Jacques Greene join forces for a hazy, late-night breaks cut, featuring rising Montreal singer Ouri.

The track comes off the back of a busy summer for both artists: Nosaj Thing returns from a string of European dates - including a live AV show with Daito Manabe at Barcelona’s Sonar Festival - and a production credit on the Tinashe’s latest single Talk To Me Nice; while Jacques Greene has been touring with Bonobo and getting engaged.

Too Close heralds the start of a new collaborative project between Phil and Jason, with an EP to come later in the year.

Of this track, Phil says: ‘In my mind the context of this record is "what if a trip hop record was played at 45". there's a hazy moodiness and the breaks don't really feel like the run-of-the-mill nu-breaks of Bandcamp.’
