New York-based producer BRUX will presents her debut LUCKYME® EP - CA$HED UP - featuring collaborations with Baauer, DJ ADHD and Surya Sen.

Inspired by the frustration, noise, and urgency of New York City life, CA$HED UP comprises four heavy-hitting club cuts filled with relentless pounding, bleeping and a break-neck pace that leaves no time to catch your breath.

Lead single and title track “CA$HED UP” sees BRUX and Surya Sen trade hypnotic vocal mantras - “cashed up… washed out… fired up… burnt out…” - over cash register glitches, ticking percussion, and corporate-slick pads, before the track explodes into a chaotic blend of clattering drums and heavy bass. Second single "CREATURE$", featuring vocals from Surya Sen, is a bass-heavy, half-time joint that the rising British-Bangladeshi MC jumps on with boundless energy.

Elsewhere, “U$ELE$$” - made with DJ ADHD - is a frenetic track, featuring the tumbling drums and analogue distortion of ghetto house, and “RUB DUB” is a hard-as-nail 4/4 thumper, propelled forward by a beautifully sculpted, swinging UKG bass line and infectious vocal chops. Both tracks are punctuated throughout with malfunctioning, squealing machine noises.

Hailing from Australia, BRUX is a multi-talented electronic artist, producer, singer/songwriter, and DJ who continues to captivate audiences worldwide with her innovative sound and boundary-pushing approach to dance music. Having made waves in key electronic hubs like London, New York, Sydney, and Berlin, her genre-defying productions have earned support from top-tier labels including Fool ’s Gold, Future Classic, OWSLA, Steel City Dance Discs, Kitsuné and most recently Warp’s imprint LuckyMe.
